AEH is run with exceptionally high governance standards. The ‘ASX Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations’ are used as a point of reference.

The Group has an independent advisory board and investment committee made up of our most trusted lead advisors. The team is professional, highly-qualified and committed.

We have strong internal practices involving planning and reporting. We also have a close, consultative approach with our advisory board. This helps us reduce risks, fostering the high level of independent judgement, innovation and flexibility required for a high-performing business.

The business utilises modern scalable systems off a cloud-based, social and mobile platforms, with integrated WHS and KPI reporting. It has direct supplier and procurement relationships. AEH also maintains various banking, finance, capital and equities’ market advisor relationships.

The AEH Group Board meets quarterly, AEH Property and joint venture board meetings are monthly, while management reporting and project control groups take place weekly.

John McCarthy is chairman of the advisory board. The committee also includes two AEH executive directors, and:
